Each item is hand painted and personalized especially for you; therefore, we are unable to accept returns. Please review your order carefully and check all spelling before submitting.
If you receive a damaged item in shipping please let us know by email immediately and we will replace it free of charge.
All orders take between 10-14 days to process. If you need it sooner please contact us by e-mail. We do offer priority handling (your order will be done quicker) for any rush orders for an additional $25.00 (available at check out). This fee is in addition to the regular shipping fee and it means your order will be done quicker but shipped regular UPS.
